Her most well-known role is for her portrayal of the antagonist Faora In Man of Steel & The Flash as well as Agnes Nielsen, in Dark. Her stage career began when she portrayed Jeanne d'Arc in a school show. Traue took part in and played the show throughout Germany Europe New York City. She was born and lived in New York USA. Her parents were originally from Jamaica but they relocated from Jamaica to New York. She graduated with an BSc (Bachelor of Science) in Chemistry at Stony Brook University.
